Please note:
• The Foundation is not responsible for any commitments made by the project manager regarding the collection of funds.
• If you need to sell tickets for your activity, ensure that you have a volunteer to help. The Foundation is not responsible for ticket sales.
• The Foundation reserves the right to cancel your project, if the agreement regarding the use of the name and logo is broken.
• The activity organizer agrees to exempt the Foundation from all responsibility regarding the fund raising project and must take responsibility for the outcome of the activity.
• you and your fund raising group must agree to fully transfer  to the Artères foundation the monies raised within 45 days following the end of the fund raising activity.
• Your campaign advertising materials, as well as the use of our logo must obtain prior approval by the Foundation.
• On behalf of the fund raising group, you must undertake to stick to the terms of the contract.
