Authorized Distributors

Arteris, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively, “Arteris”), do not generally authorize third parties to either distribute standalone Arteris interconnect IP and software products without taking a direct written license from Arteris, or to sublicense Arteris products. Even parties that are authorized distributors will require Arteris customers to take a direct license from Arteris.
